Acacia’s unique strategies leverage the power of institutional capital to tackle social inequity and environmental challenges whilst targeting market returns from investments with structural tailwinds. This approach is backed by a best-in-class governance and alignment framework, investment and impact measurement and management processes which have been designed to provide a market-leading impact investment platform.
Acacia has established the Acacia Residential Impact Strategy (ARIS) – the first of multiple vintages – which will provide Acacia’s dedicated Community Housing Provider (CHP) platform “Acacia Communities” with funding for the development and long-term ownership of social and affordable housing solutions to support communities to thrive.
