Eric joined the Lend Lease Group as a cadet engineer and during his 43 year career with Lendlease he held a number of senior executive and subsidiary board positions in their Australian operations. 

Eric has extensive experience in design, construction and project management, general management, and investment and funds management. Eric managed the MLC property portfolio during the 1980s and was the founding fund manager of the Australian Prime Property Fund. He held several senior executive and subsidiary board positions in the Lendlease Australian operation, the US and he was the inaugural manager of the group’s Asian operations. 

Eric is a past Director of Macquarie Global Property Advisors and Lend Lease Global Properties SICAF. He served as a Representative Director of GPT Management Limited from 2004 and as a Non-Executive Director of GPT RE Limited and GPT Group (GPT Management Holdings Limited) from 2005 until 2015. Eric was appointed Chair of AMP Capital Real Estate Investment Committee in 2017. 

Eric was on the College Council of St Aloysius’ College, inaugural Chair of Redfern Jarjum College (for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children), Chair of St Mary’s Cathedral Conservation Committee since 2004, and is a Member of the Sydney Catholic Schools Planning Committee.
